THE PROGRAM is a 12 week programed designed to not only help you to lose the weight you want, but to also empower you to never put it back on! Its up to you. Take control of your weight. Learn how you CAN fit a fitness program into your life. How to work out properly. How to eat properly.
Too many diets and too many fitness programs make you make such a drastic change to what you are used to doing. They become almost destined for failure. They may succeed initially, but eventually you migrate back to your old habits. THE PROGRAM is designed to help you change those habits.
The 12 weeks will be a comprehensive course working with all the aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Each week will consist of aquatic exercise sessions, dry-land exercise sessions, and classroom session designed to help you with the diet and nutrition aspect as well as the psychological aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
There will be two levels of participation.
1 Aquatic workout and 2 Dry-land workouts each week
2 Aquatic Workouts, 2 Dry-land workout and 1 Classroom session each week
The schedule is as follows:
Mondays - 7:30-8:30pm Aquatic workout
Tuesdays - 6:30-7-:30pm Dry-land workout
Wednesdays - 7:30-8:30pm Aquatic workout
Saturdays - 10:00-11:00am Dry-land workout
11:00-12:00am Classroom session
