Aquatic Fitness Class
This class is designed to be a general, overall fitness class suitable for most people. When most people think of aquatic fitness classes, they think of a water aerobics class that is full of little old ladies in flowery swim caps that tend to do more talking than actually working out. Do not mistake this for a water aerobics class. There is no choreography. Each class is different. Some days we work on more of your aerobic base. Some days we work on strength and resistance work. Some days we will focus more on core work. Every day is different. This keeps it more interesting to you, and it also helps you to get more out of each workout. I like to call it "keep your body guessing". And this class is also attended by several men, so if you are male, I challenge you to come find out just how challenging a workout in water can be. Classes are held at the Winter Park venue and the schedule is as follows:
Tuesdays- 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Thursdays- 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Saturdays- 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Cost is $10.00 per class and is payable to Mark Canterbury.
