Water Exercise Technologies is dedicated to the fulfillment of life, happiness and health through exercise in the water.


Exercise in the water is one of the BEST and SAFEST ways to exercise and is something that people of all ages and ability levels can participate in and enjoy throughout their lifetime.  Water exercise can provide a high level of fitness and health without the inherent dangers and injuries that exercise on land comes with.  It is also one of the few ways to exercise every muscle in the body.

W.E.T. provides excellent, organized adult swimming workouts through its Masters Swimming Group as well as challenging aquatic workouts through its various Aquatic Fitness Classes.  For those that would like the advantages of one-on-one training, or for those that HAVE been injured or have gone through some sort of trauma, W.E.T. offers Aquatic Personal Training or Aquatic Therapy/Rehab. W.E.T. also offers Private One-on-One Swim Lessons and Coaching for both children and adults whether you are a beginner or want to improve your technique.
